Rescheduling 48+ hours notice: deposit transfers to your new appointment (one-time courtesy) Less than 48 hours notice: deposit is forfeited; a new deposit is required to rebook Same-day reschedules are treated as cancellations Cancellations 48+ hours notice: deposit forfeited, no additional charge Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of service total charged No-call/no-show: 100% of service total charged + future bookings require full prepayment
